What is the typical turnaround time?

Quality can’t be rushed, but we understand deadlines. Standard turnaround for photography and short-form video assets is usually within 7 to 14 business days post-shoot. For full-scale brand identity packages or major commercial films, we’ll map out a custom timeline during pre-production.

Are we based strictly in Bali, or do we travel?

Our main creative hub is in Denpasar, Bali, but our gear packs light. We are fully mobile and available for project commissions across Southeast Asia and internationally. If the project and the vision make sense, we’re there.

What happens if it rains on the shoot day?

Bali weather has a mind of its own. We monitor conditions closely leading up to the shoot. If it’s unsafe for drones or too overcast for our signature golden-hour lighting, we’ll work with you to reschedule to the next clear window at no extra cost.

Who owns the final creative assets?

Once the project is wrapped and the final balance is cleared, the usage rights for the finalized deliverables belong to you for your website, social media, and marketing channels.
